About Crimson Phoenix
Crimson Phoenix is an independent, privately-owned corporate finance advisory and consulting services firm based in Tokyo.
Crimson Phoenix focuses on cross-border transactions and situations related to Japan. Our clients are both Japanese and foreign, and include companies, financial institutions, high net worth individuals and other sophisticated investors acquiring or disposing of assets or positions in Japan or overseas. Our services include assistance on deal tactics and negotiation, fund raising, company strategy and all aspects of transaction execution. We are able to provide a broad range of solutions from advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions, to arrangements of equity and structured finance. Crimson Phoenix also gives advice to non-Japanese clients on how to engage with Japanese parties and vice versa. We excel in cross-border situations, bridging the gaps that frequently arise from different business practices, customs and languages.
